OneMark does not also require our visitors to give sensitive personal information.

For situations where the visitors request for information about OneMark, we may use visitors’ information given to provide the visitors the information requested from OneMark in relation to our services. All information collected by OneMark is for its own use and OneMark will not disclose such personal information to any third person, unless visitors have given their consent to such disclosure, or if OneMark is required to disclose the same under the relevant laws, or if ordered by any court or tribunal and/or if necessary to protect the rights and interests of OneMark.

OneMark has a secured office and computerised database, which require a log in and password to gain access. Only authorized OneMark employees may access such personal information either those keep in OneMark’s office or computerised database. OneMark employees are bound by a confidentiality agreement in relation to OneMark’s information and information from OneMark’s clients and website visitors.
